Each tray is handmade in Vietnam. Lacquer artisans complete each step, from cutting and sanding the wood to applying the artwork, by hand. Once applied, the artwork is given finishing touches, such as genuine gold and silver leaf and handpainted details. The final application of the glossy lacquer is applied in 12 layers, giving the pieces a durable finish. The shining coating shows the true beauty of the original artwork and gives it a unique depth. Our warehouse personnel will pack every item to our exacting requirements. Your products will go through an exhaustive inspection and adequately secured before being delivered. Warehouses and distribution centers can be located throughout Europe as well as in the USA.
Note: Orders with multiple items will have a separate processing time for each item.
Prior to shipment, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've purchased. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The stock can change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
To be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
