Each tray is handmade in Vietnam. Lacquer artisans complete each step, from cutting and sanding the wood to applying the artwork, by hand. Once applied, the artwork is given finishing touches, such as genuine gold and silver leaf and handpainted details. The final application of the glossy lacquer is applied in 12 layers, giving the pieces a durable finish. The shining coating shows the true beauty of the original artwork and gives it a unique depth. Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing period in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipping We will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've ordered. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that several parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It's possible that your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
The item must not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
